Meet Laura, the owner of Cellar + Shaker. With 6 years of experience in the service industry and 12 years in events planning, Laura is a certified bartender, wine expert, and events planner, and has achieved WSET Levels 1&2 with Distinction. She successfully completed CMS 1 and WSET 3 in 2024.​

She has coordinated, bartended, and set up countless weddings and private events. In 2025, she was hired as the Sommelier at one of Temecula's premier wineries where she leads food and wine pairings and educates guests on local and worldwide wines.
